Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Local storage and session storage work the same way. This policy covers all three. It adds detail to our Privacy Policy.

These keep the site working: saving your blueprint as you go, remembering homes and pros you've picked, keeping you signed in and remembering your privacy settings. The site can't work without them, so they can't be turned off in your privacy settings.

Google Analytics helps us see which pages help and where people get stuck. We remove private links and dollar amounts from the page addresses it sees, and we don't send it your name, email or budget. You can turn it off in your privacy settings at any time.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page visits without setting cookies or identifying you.

Use the Privacy settings button on this page to turn analytics on or off. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking essential cookies or storage will stop your blueprint from saving and keep you from staying signed in.

We update this policy when we add or change the cookies we use, and post the new version here with a new effective date.
