Our promises to buyers
Your plan details (budget, timing, towns) are saved to your account and aren't sent to any agent, lender or title company until you press the button asking one to reach out. Then only that pro gets your blueprint. Pros otherwise see anonymous counts, like how many buyers added them to a team.
No pro or company can pay to rank higher, change how matching works or get priority on your Home Team list. Matches are ordered by how well each pro's checked record and profile fit your blueprint.
Free for homebuyers, with no fees and no paywalls. We never run a credit check; a lender will when you choose to get pre-approved. We plan to earn from optional paid tools for local real estate pros.
